Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking Commis Chefs to join our culinary team at Anfield Stadium. You will support senior chefs on matchdays and events, learning in a fast-paced stadium kitchen and progressing your chef career.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a range of benefits. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and kitchen experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food to high standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety in your section.
• Follow all food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Support stock rotation and minimise waste.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth service.
