Job summary

The Baker Hughes ASPIRE Associate - Supply Chain program is a two-year rotational development track for recent graduates, designed to build technical, business and leadership capabilities. You will participate in structured learning, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional projects across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and quality.

You'll complete a demanding training curriculum, including LEAN Six Sigma and APICS certifications, network globally, and lead program initiatives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Degree completed within the last 24 months.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Geographically mobile; program locations may vary.
• Demonstrated experience in and passion for supply chain operations.
• Legally entitled to work without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse assignments across manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality and process improvement.
• Participate in structured career development with coaching and mentoring and on-the-job learning.
• Attend a comprehensive training curriculum including LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes.
