Job summary

Draken Europe offers a structured Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate program in the aerospace sector. You will support sourcing, supplier negotiations, and logistics within a regulated, safety-critical environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency, resilience, and compliance, gaining exposure to the full procurement lifecycle and digitisation initiatives in a world-class company.

Qualifications

• Degree (or expected) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Internship or placement in procurement / supply chain or engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of aerospace components, systems, and services in line with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Support supplier selection, RFQ processes, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyse spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including digitisation and sustainability in the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with export controls, ITAR, and aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
