Job summary

Jump Trading Group is seeking an ASIC Verification Engineer to own verification environments from planning to sign-off, translating architectural requirements into test plans and measurable criteria. You’ll build reusable testbenches, reference models, stimulus, scoreboards and other verification components to drive confidence in our designs.

You will drive verification closure using coverage, regression results, and risk assessment, collaborating across design and trading teams to deliver

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of design verification experience on complex ASIC/SoC projects.
• Experience creating verification plans, building environments, and driving sign-off.
• Strong programming and HDL development skills (SystemVerilog, Python) and proficiency in C/C++.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles and debugging across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own verification environments from planning through sign-off and define test plans with measurable criteria.
• Build reusable testbenches, reference models, stimulus, scoreboards and verification components.
• Drive verification closure using coverage, assertions, and regression results; assess risk and build confidence in designs.
• Collaborate with designers and trading teams to translate requirements into robust verified designs.
• Balance verification depth and development effort to deliver first-time silicon.
• Develop automation, CI, regression infrastructure, and tooling to speed verification.
