Job summary

WWF-UK is seeking a Senior Programme Advisor to deliver a large 3-year corporate partnership focused on freshwater issues in Asia, with activities spanning advocacy, learning, and knowledge sharing. The role coordinates program inputs and leads on coordination across geographies including India and Indonesia.

The position is UK-based, hybrid with minimum 40% office presence at the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey.

Responsibilities

• overall coordination of the partnership components (on the ground conservation in 4 geographies, advocacy and communications, research, learning and knowledge exchange), ensuring coherence with the Theory of Change
• providing strategic programmatic leadership, oversight and advice on conservation work, with focus on India and Indonesia
• identifying additional areas for programmatic development based on partnership ambitions
• liaising with Senior Relationship Manager to align conservation and corporate partnership needs
• convening and facilitating stakeholder engagement across Asia and WWF networks
• coordinating with the wider WWF Network to support network ambitions and mutual benefits
• overarching programme management of international grants within the partnership portfolio
• leading development of fundraising propositions for donor renewals
