Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced ASHP Renewable Heating Engineer to service, repair, and optimise renewable energy systems in residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will perform site assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with engineering to implement improvements.

The role requires gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1), NICEIC certifications, a valid UK driving licence, and a proactive, client‑facing approach.

Qualifications

• Gas safety qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 are essential.
• NICEIC Air Source Heat Pumps certification is essential.
• NICEIC Water Regulations qualification is essential.
• NICEIC Unvented Water Systems (G3) is essential.
• NICEIC Energy Efficiency qualification is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize client downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain records of service activities and report performance.
