Job summary

Sureserve Group seeks a Senior Renewable Energy Service Engineer to join our team and support renewable energy systems across London & the South East. You will be responsible for a range of services including maintenance, repair, and optimisation of ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP and Solar systems.

The role requires valid ACS gas qualifications, a full UK driving licence with under 6 points, and a track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, and repair renewable energy systems (ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar).
• Service, maintain and repair systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on operation and maintenance.
