- CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 are essential qualifications.
- NICEIC Air Source Heat Pumps is essential.
- NICEIC Water Regulations qualification is essential.
- NICEIC Unvented Water Systems G3 is essential.
- NICEIC Energy Efficiency Qualification is essential.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Solar PV / Solar Thermal experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proven, practical experience as an ASHP Renewable Heating Engineer.
- Technical understanding of renewable systems and energy efficiency.
- Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Professional attitude and strong client/tenant relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and suggest improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients
- Provide training and support to clients on operation and maintenance of their systems
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance
