Qualifications

• No experience required for Band 2; comprehensive training will be given.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services/SMPO or accepted equivalent may apply for Band 3.
• Must be able to document information clearly and accurately.
• Follow procedures precisely and work in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Aseptically prepare products for patient administration using clean room practices.
• Assemble trays containing consumables and pharmaceutical ingredients for 1st stage checks and documentation.
• Perform transfer sanitisation using sterile agents and maintain high standards of cleaning.
• Rotate through other areas of the department and follow procedures precisely.
