Job summary

Delaware Tire Centers in Dover seeks a skilled ASE Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and perform full-service care on a wide range of vehicles while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior technicians. A complete personal toolset and a clean driving record are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ASE certifications (multiple certifications preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Must possess a complete set of personal tools.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic with attention to detail and a fix-it-right attitude.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Perform complete diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Full-Service Care: Handle engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, brakes, suspension, and alignments.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Mentorship: Guide junior technicians and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
