ASD Support Assistant

Location: Banbury

Start Date: September 2026

Pay Scale: £89.00- £100.00 per day

Overview

An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Banbury is seeking an ASD Support Assistant to join their team from the beginning of the next academic year. The role involves supporting vulnerable children with mental health needs within an educational setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee the learning of pupils requiring specialist intervention. Tailor the National Curriculum to suit individual needs and conduct 1:1 sessions to facilitate learning activities. Provide small group support within a mainstream primary school environment.
