The Rehab Group is seeking an Aspect Key Worker in Penrose Wharf, County Cork. This permanent full-time role (39 hours) focuses on delivering community-based support for adults with Asperger’s ASD, within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will plan, implement and review person-centred interventions, working closely with clients, families and professionals to promote wellbeing and inclusion in local communities.

Competenze

• Essential: at least one year experience in disability, education, or training.
• Essential: a third level degree in Social Care, Education, or Health.
• Progressive understanding of ASD non-ID, including Asperger’s Syndrome / High Functioning Autism.
• Ability to work on one’s own in challenging situations including dealing with crises.

Mansioni

• Develop, planning, implementing and reviewing individualised support/intervention programmes for clients according to service standards.
• Coordinate referrals and transitions within the Aspect service with Manager/Assistant Manager as appropriate.
