Job summary

Deneholm Primary School in Grays is seeking a dedicated Midday Assistant to join the ASD Base. The role is 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 1:00pm, term time only (37 weeks per year), with immediate start.

Responsibilities include supporting a positive ethos, being hardworking and adaptable to evolving systems, and encouraging all children to engage and succeed. A safeguarding DBS check is required in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks with previous employers, online checks and an enhanced DBS check with the Disclosure & Barring Service
