Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking a part-time After School Club deputy to lead a team at the Infant school site and act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring a safe and caring environment for children.
You will provide medical support, work from 2.45pm to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday during term time plus four weeks of holiday club, and be part of a well-established team of Play Workers.
Pay Scale: BR6 SP 17 FTE £27,262 pa (£11,850 pa actual)
Hours: 18.75 hours per week - 38 weeks per year
Hours: 2.45pm - 6.30 pm Monday to Friday term time plus four weeks of holiday club (1 week in Oct half term, one week in Easter holiday and two weeks in the Summer). The additional four weeks holiday club hours can either be fully claimed for or some of the hours can be taken off in term time and some hours claimed for.
To fully deputise the After School Club manager over both schools but will be based at the Infant school site. To take the lead as DSL and provide medical needs of children in the club.
You must hold a DfE approved NVQ L3 Early Years qualification https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-achieved-in-england. You must also work off your own initiative and be a well organised, friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys working with children and working in a team. You would be joining our existing well established team of Play Workers in providing a fun and safe environment for all the children that attend.
