Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to become a Trainer and Assessor in Burton upon Trent with regular nationwide travel. You will deliver practical and classroom-based training, assess delegates against real-world standards and support learners throughout their development.

No teaching experience is required as full training and qualifications are provided. This role suits someone looking to move off-site while staying in the industry, with a clear path to

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as an asbestos analyst.
Strong practical asbestos industry background.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

Deliver practical and classroom-based asbestos training.
Assess delegates against real world competency standards.
Support learners throughout their training journey.
Ensure training facilities meet high quality standards.
Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
Travel to around the country to pass on your knowledge.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (occasional Saturdays).
