Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor for exciting opportunities in Nottingham. You will undertake surveys (Management, Demolition, Refurbishment), highlight risks, sample asbestos, and liaise with clients, working with a BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3.

The role offers salary between £26k and £42k DOE, with training and benefits, and opportunities for career development across a UKAS-accredited environment.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying.
• Experience with a UKAS accredited asbestos company.
• Strong knowledge of ACMs and relevant H&S legislation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys.
• Perform re-inspection surveys.
• Highlight potential risks.
• Produce site-specific technical reports and floorplans.
• Safely obtain asbestos samples from site.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
