Randstad CPE seeks an asbestos surveyor for commercial surveys across Midlands/Nottingham infrastructure sites. The role supports both freelance/contract and permanent options, with a typical 6-month contract and potential for extensions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on commercial properties and infrastructure sites.
• Take bulk samples of suspected ACMs accurately.
• Manage own workload weekly to meet project deadlines and ensure timely reports and samples submission.
