Salary is competitive, £35,000–£40,000 (DOE), with a company vehicle or car allowance, pension, and ongoing training. Applicants should hold BOHS P402 and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience working as an asbestos surveyor.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance.
• Professional, organised and reliable.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management and refurbishment/demolition asbestos surveys.
• Conduct bulk sampling across various property types.
• Produce accurate, compliant survey reports in line with HSG264.
• Manage workload efficiently across multiple sites.
• Ensure all work follows HSE guidance and company procedures.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
