Penguin Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Asbestos Surveyor for a Liverpool-based role, covering surveying across commercial, industrial, and public sector properties. The position offers a stable workload and clear career progression within a UKAS-accredited consultancy.

The ideal candidate holds BOHS P402 certification, deep knowledge of HSG264 and asbestos legislation, and can manage multiple sites with a full UK driving licence. Salary 36k–38k GBP, plus benefits and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• BOHS P402 certification required.
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Ability to manage workload independently.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264.
• Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Producing accurate, compliant survey reports.
• Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector properties.
• Ensuring all work complies with HSE guidance and current legislation.
• Managing workload independently across multiple sites.
