Penguin Recruitment is supporting a UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy in Birmingham to hire an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will perform a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across client sites in the Midlands, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a dual Surveyor/Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys.
• Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification.
• Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Producing accurate reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248 guidance.
• Managing workloads across multiple client sites.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality assurance.
