Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to deliver high-quality asbestos surveying and analytical services across multiple sites in the UK. You will conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and provide air monitoring, fibre counting and bulk analysis with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• P402, P403 and P404 qualifications are essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst in a UKAS-accredited company.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and clear communication.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check prior to start.
• Full clean driving licence (max 3 points).
• Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys across client sites.
• Provide asbestos analytical services: air monitoring, fibre counting, bulk analysis.
• Advise clients on survey and analytical findings.
• Maintain knowledge of asbestos legislation and UKAS requirements.
• Support timely delivery and meet productivity and billing targets.
• Work flexibly from client sites or office locations.
• Engage in training and professional development.
• Contribute to quality assurance and audits.
• Carry out other duties as required by the role.
