Job summary
Construction Resources Limited in Wigan invites applications for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor or Dual Role Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join the team. The role focuses on delivering UKAS-accredited surveys and analytical services across commercial and housing sectors from a field-based team in the Wigan area.
The position requires P402 for the Surveyor role or P402/P403/P404 for the Dual Role, plus full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- P402 qualification is required for the Asbestos Surveyor role.
- P403 and P404 are required for the Dual Role Asbestos Surveyor Analyst.
- Experience conducting UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys to a high standard.
- Full UK Driving Licence and driving experience.
- Willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Construction or surveying qualification (HND/degree).
- A-levels or Science HND preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys and analytic work as applicable.
- Keep up to date with asbestos, health & safety legislation, UKAS standards, and best practice.
- Work flexibly across offices and client sites as required.
- Maintain high technical knowledge and sector awareness.
- Ensure work complies with quality management, audits and legal requirements.
- Meet personal billing and productivity targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
