Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is recruiting an Asbestos Surveyor based in Sheffield. The candidate will perform management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, collect samples, and deliver reports to clients. Strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel across sites in the region are essential.

Qualifications

Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor, within a UKAS accredited company
Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 guidelines
Able to travel in line with company needs
Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Hardworking attitude

Responsibilities

Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
Collecting ACM samples from site
Delivering samples to the laboratory
Collating findings to produce detailed technical reports
Creating schematic drawings and annotating existing floorplans
Providing technical advice to clients
Working in line with agreed personal targets
Wearing correct PPE at all times
