Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in the Southeast of England with a base in Slough, Berkshire. The role involves air monitoring, site audits, and completing asbestos surveys and 4 stage clearances.

Qualified to P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent), you will travel across a mixed portfolio of sites and liaise with clients while adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform 4 Stage Clearances.
• Full air testing including various tests.

• Conduct asbestos surveys in line with guidelines.
• Provide technical knowledge to clients.

This well-established asbestos consultancy is seeking an attentive Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in the Southeast of England. Ideally applicants can hit the ground running undertaking air monitoring, site audits, completing asbestos surveys and 4 stage clearances. Applicants will be P402, P403 and P404 qualified. Experience / Qualifications:

• Will need the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
• Strong working history as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Flexible to travel to a mixed portfolio of sites
• Adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines
• IT and literacy skills
• Comfortable liaising with clients

The Role

• Perform 4 Stage Clearances
• Full air testing, including: personal, background, leak, smoke, and reassurance
• Carrying out site audits
• Collecting ACM samples from site
• Recording accurate data and writing reports
• Conducting thorough management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys
• Offering technical knowledge to clients
