Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both asbestos surveying and analytical work within a UKAS-accredited organisation.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG264 compliant).
  • Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling.
  • Produce accurate, detailed survey and analytical reports.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and internal colleagues.
  • Ensure all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures.
  • Maintain high technical standards and contribute to ongoing team development.
