Job Description:

Our brand-new client, based in Kettering, is seeking a P402 qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in commercial and residential properties, perform visual inspections, collect samples, record data to assess asbestos presence, prepare lab paperwork, and send samples for testing, all while adhering to HSE legislation and participating in team meetings.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of asbestos surveying experience with a UK UKAS accredited company, hold P402 and related asbestos certifications, have a strong understanding of asbestos regulations, be willing to travel within the UK, and possess a full, clean UK driving license.

In return, the client offers a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, opportunities for further development through training and additional asbestos-related services, a company car, pension, free onsite parking, a hybrid working model, social events, and more.
