Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

£25,000 - £45,000 Depending on Experience, including Training & Benefits

This UKAS accredited company is seeking a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with proven industry experience. The role involves conducting surveys, 4-stage clearances, report writing, and sampling analysis. Candidates must hold BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications. Requirements:

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
• Knowledge of asbestos types and industry standards
• Understanding of health & safety legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS

Responsibilities:

• Sample collection and precise storage for lab analysis
• Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
• 4-stage clearance procedures
• Various testing including smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, and re-occupation
• Maintain compliance standards
• Detailed report assembly
• Travel as required
• Experience on domestic, commercial, and industrial sites
