Asbestos Surveyor SOCOTEC, Remote (Romford/Southeast region)

As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and committed Asbestos Surveyor to join our team. You should be able to work efficiently both as part of a team and independently, helping to ensure the safety of buildings by identifying, monitoring, and overseeing asbestos-related activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a variety of properties
• Performing asbestos re-inspection surveys and providing guidance to clients on managing asbestos-containing materials

Requirements:

• Holds a BOHS P402 certification or equivalent
• Relevant experience in conducting asbestos surveys
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a multidisciplinary environment
