Asbestos Surveyor

£35,000 – £40,000 Based on Experience

Are you an Asbestos Surveyor located in the Northwest of England, seeking to make an impact in the asbestos industry and showcase your expertise with a company that boasts over 100 years of combined experience?

This outstanding opportunity, offered by my client, allows you to become part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering continuous advice and support to clients across the UK and internationally. They are now seeking to expand their team by adding an Asbestos Surveyor.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, your role will involve identifying and evaluating asbestos within buildings and providing recommendations for its safe removal or containment. Additionally, you will be expected to produce detailed, high-quality reports and work closely with clients to understand and address their specific needs.

Requirements as an Asbestos Surveyor:

• Professional certification in Asbestos Surveying
• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Certificate
• Experience in conducting asbestos surveys, including survey planning, sample collection, and bulk analysis
• Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations, including the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and HSG 264: Asbestos: The Survey Guide
• Excellent report writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• Full driving license
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace
• Experience in asbestos removal or consultancy work is also desirable.
