Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Greater Manchester

£36,000 to £43,000 per annum (Based on Experience)

Our client is looking for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst who will take pride in upholding these standards and values along with helping my client achieve their vision of becoming one of the UK’s leading property consultants and surveyors, delivering ethical and sustainable solutions.

Requirements as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • Holds the P402, P403, P404
  • Significant experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys and air monitoring and 4 stage clearances to a high standard
  • Full driving License
  • Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
  • Agreement to DBS check

Responsibilities as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • Conducting UKAS-accredited air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and asbestos surveys
  • Working flexibly across company offices or client sites as required
  • Complying with quality assurance processes and supporting audit programmes
  • Ensuring legal obligations are met as a provider of asbestos services and employer
  • Engaging in training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining technical expertise and sector awareness while meeting billing and productivity targets
