Asbestos Surveyor - Enfield, Greater London

Up to GBP38,000 + Benefits and Progression

My client has been in the industry for over 30 years, with several directors whose lives are dedicated to the business. Working for this company as an asbestos surveyor offers job security. Progression is viable, as they typically promote from within for senior positions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys on various sites
2. Stay up-to-date with asbestos legislation, guidance, and industry best practices, including UKAS accreditation and quality management
3. Maintain technical expertise and awareness of current sector issues
4. Meet personal billing and productivity targets
5. Foster an honest, open company culture that values everyone's opinions and contributions
6. Contribute to a positive company culture
7. Support a learning organization open to challenge and change

Required Qualifications:

1. BHOS P402 qualification
2. Full UK driving license
3. Proficient with IT and TEAMS

Benefits:
