Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor to travel across East Anglia and the Home Counties, servicing a mixed portfolio of commercial, domestic, and public sector client sites. You will be joining a busy, UKAS accredited company with a strong UK presence and growing client base. Experience / Qualifications:

1. Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a well-established outfit.
2. Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH equivalent.
3. Good understanding of HSG 264 and UKAS compliance guidelines.
4. IT literate.
5. Experienced in producing detailed reports.
6. Flexible to travel as needed.

The Role:

1. Travelling to a range of commercial, domestic, and public sector client sites to undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys.
2. Writing bespoke survey reports for clients.
3. Sampling for ACMs on site and safely transporting to the lab for analysis.
4. Conducting re-inspections.
5. Answering technical queries from clients and providing updates on projects.
6. Working in line with industry guidelines.
7. Travelling as required to client sites.
