Job summary

Future Select is recruiting an Asbestos Site Analyst to service commercial and some domestic properties from Enfield and across the South East. The UKAS-accredited consultancy offers training support through surveying qualifications such as BOHS P403/P404 or RSPH equivalents.

You will conduct four-stage clearances, perform full air monitoring, collect ACM samples, and deliver detailed technical reports. You'll work with removals teams to meet safety guidelines and maintain strong client

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst within a UKAS accredited company.
• Must hold BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent.
• Fully conversant in HSG 248 guidelines.
• Good literacy and numeracy skill level.
• Confident using IT software.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting 4 stage clearances across commercial and domestic premises.
• Full air monitoring, including: personal, reassurance, background, leak and smoke.
• Collecting ACM samples from site for analysis.
• Providing technical feedback and updates to clients.
• Working closely with removals teams to ensure works are completed within agreed safety guidelines.
• Producing detailed technical reports.
• Wearing correct PPE at all times.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
• Training into asbestos surveying.
