Job Title: Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager

Company Overview:

We are recruiting for a well-respected Asbestos Removals company with a strong presence in the South East of England. Due to new contract wins, they seek an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee asbestos removal projects, bringing industry expertise and leadership qualities.

Candidates from Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Orpington, Bromley, Gravesend, Chatham, Snodland, Aylesford, Rainham, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Westerham, Caterham, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sittingbourne, Canterbury, Sheerness, Ashford, Redhill, Horley, Croydon, Mitcham, Epsom, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames, Crawley, Horsham will be considered.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven track record managing asbestos removal contracts and projects
• Experience in client relations
• Strong technical knowledge of the industry
• ARCA / UKATA / SSSTS / SMSTS qualifications preferred
• Ability to manage removal site teams
• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of non-notifiable asbestos removal projects
• Monitor project progress and employee performance
• Plan and allocate work schedules
• Manage projects from initiation to completion within timeframes
• Prepare tenders and quotations
• Conduct site visits, scope works, and risk assessments
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, maintaining relationships
• Ensure accurate documentation and project logs
• Coordinate with senior staff to meet service standards
