Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an Asbestos Project Manager to oversee domestic and commercial contracts in the Midlands, based in Coventry. You will lead projects from start to finish, coordinate site teams and liaise daily with clients, ensuring safety compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires BOHS P402/P403/P404 (or RSPH equivalents) and a strong track record in asbestos management, with flexibility to travel across the Midlands. A competitive package with benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Asbestos Project Manager.
• Must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents).
• BOHS P405 would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.
• Flexible to travel in line with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos management and removal projects across domestic, commercial and local authority premises.
• Allocate work to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct audits on completed works for quality and compliance.
• Lead site staff, train staff when needed and perform competency checks.
• Report non-conformities and liaise with clients.
• Oversee projects from start to finish and act as main client contact.
• Travel to client sites to work with colleagues and build relationships.
