The ideal candidate holds an ARCA Contracts Manager ticket (SMSTS/SSSTS advantageous) with strong industry knowledge and excellent communication. Salary £45k-£60k plus benefits and a company vehicle.

• ARCA Contracts Manager ticket is essential.
• SMSTS / SSSTS / ARCA Supervisor tickets advantageous.
• Strong industry technical knowledge of asbestos removals.

• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Manage simultaneous asbestos removal projects from start to finish.
• Oversee teams of operatives and supervisors.
• Ensure project scopes and deadlines are adhered to.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients on site.
• Troubleshoot issues on site and submit ASB5s.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues.
• Price up new works and assist bidding team.
• Manage material and tool orders.
• Liaise with third parties and suppliers.
• Meet clients on site to discuss contracts.

Job Title: Asbestos Contracts Manager (Removals)

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

Salary/Benefits: 45k - 60k + Benefits

We are recruiting in the North West of England for an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager, with strong hands on experience within the asbestos removals industry. You will be joining a privately-owned outfit, who have a stronghold across the region. It is essential that applicants are confident in managing teams of removals operatives and supervisors, in addition to liaising directly with clients to oversee ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and will be able to articulate technical matters clearly. Our client is offering excellent base salaries, in addition to competitive salaries and benefits packages, including: company vehicle, pension scheme and annual leave allowance.

Experience / Qualifications:

The Role:

• Managing simultaneous Asbestos Remvoal projects from start to finish
• Overseeing teams of operatives and supervisors
• Ensuring project scopes and deadlines are adhered to
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients
• Troubleshooting issues on site
• Submitting ASB5s
• Handling complaints and resolving
• Pricing up new works
• Highlighting any required training within teams
• Supporting and training colleagues
• Assisting the bidding team with curating and submitting tenders
• Managing material / tool orders
• Liaising with third parties and suppliers
• Meeting with clients on site to discuss contracts
