Future Select Recruitment in Bolton, Greater Manchester seeks an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager (Removals) to lead multiple removal projects, manage operatives and supervisors, and liaise with clients to ensure successful contracts.

The ideal candidate holds an ARCA Contracts Manager ticket (SMSTS/SSSTS advantageous) with strong industry knowledge and excellent communication. Salary £45k-£60k plus benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Asbestos Contracts Manager within a removals specialist.
• ARCA Contracts Manager ticket is essential.
• SMSTS / SSSTS / ARCA Supervisor tickets advantageous.
• Strong industry technical knowledge of asbestos removals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous asbestos removal projects from start to finish.
• Oversee teams of operatives and supervisors.
• Ensure project scopes and deadlines are adhered to.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients on site.
• Troubleshoot issues on site and submit ASB5s.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues.
• Price up new works and assist bidding team.
• Manage material and tool orders.
• Liaise with third parties and suppliers.
• Meet clients on site to discuss contracts.
