Life Environmental Services is offering an Asbestos Analyst & Surveyor Apprenticeship on-site in Basildon, enabling you to earn a salary while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.

You will learn both roles through a structured training programme, supporting our experienced teams across homes, commercial properties and industrial sites, with hands-on practice in monitoring, sampling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out air quality and reassurance monitoring
• Conduct fibre counting
• Perform four-stage clearance inspections
• Undertake personal and compliance air testing
• Accurately complete certificates and reports
• Assist with asbestos removal project management
• Collect and label bulk material samples safely
• Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys
• Complete Priority Risk Assessments for clients
• Work across a range of property types (domestic, commercial, industrial)
