Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd. are seeking an Anti Social Behaviour Housing Tenancy Officer to address entrenched ASB and deliver tenancy success through resolution and enforcement in Thatcham, Berkshire. The role includes extensive travel across Oxfordshire, with a 2–3 month contract and a pay rate of £23.00 per hour PAYE.

Hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with enhanced DBS offered at offer. Driving is essential for the travel across the county.

Qualifications

Experience with anti-social behaviour cases and dealing with challenging behaviours.
Sound knowledge of ASB case management, legal work and court processes.
Experience addressing tenancy breaches and minimising need for legal intervention.
Experience attending and representing the organisation in court and preparing notices, court papers and statements.
Strong knowledge of tenancy, lease, resolution and legal approaches to outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, proactive customer-focused service to maintain tenancies.
Tackle anti-social behaviour and use enforcement where necessary.
Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues to create safer communities.
Deliver tenancy support through resolution, meeting performance and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with external partners, solicitors and internal teams.
Work with locality teams to resolve non-access and tenancy breaches while ensuring compliance.
