Job summary

Supply Heroes is recruiting on behalf of a Good-rated Primary School in Birmingham (B12) for a School Business Manager to join the leadership team on a full-time basis from the start of the 2026 academic year.

The SBM will oversee financial operations, HR and premises, ensure statutory compliance, support strategic planning with the Headteacher and governors, and drive efficient procurement to maximise pupil outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified SBM or equivalent with UK school experience.
• Experience managing school finances and budgets.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance in schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations and budget management.
