Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, starting ASAP. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support across KS1, focusing on pupils with EYFS and SEN needs, including ASD.

You will work closely with the class teacher and support team to help pupils access learning, develop independence and participate in class activities, with some personal care tasks involved where needed.

Qualifications

• EYFS and SEN experience required.
• Experience supporting pupils with ASD and additional learning needs.
• Experience providing 1:1 and small-group support in KS1.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with classroom activities, communication, social development and independence.
• Assist with emotional regulation and personal development.
• Occasional personal care tasks may be involved.
