Johnson Matthey, a world leader in advanced materials, is seeking an ERP Analyst (AS400/iSeries) to translate business needs into ERP requirements and to drive incidents, changes, and data governance across ERP environments.

You will lead configuration, testing, and reporting with JDE FASTR and WorldWriter, contributing to process improvement and KPI development while supporting BAU operations in a global, cross-functional setting. Hybrid working options available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with iSeries (AS400) environments and RPG development.
• ERP experience across core domains (Finance, Procurement/Distribution, Sales/Inventory, Manufacturing/Costing).
• Experience supporting BAU operations, incident resolution and service delivery.
• ERP configuration, testing, validation, and data verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP requirements.
• Lead incident, problem, and service management activities with triage and root-cause analysis.
• Configure ERP, maintain master data, monitor interfaces, and support change, release and environment management.
• Drive process optimization, future-state design, deployments and KPI/reporting development.
• Ensure IT controls, security standards, audits and provide user training and documentation.
