Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking an ERP Analyst (AS400/iSeries) to partner with stakeholders and deliver ERP functionality across finance, distribution, sales and manufacturing. The role includes incident and service management, data governance, and environment management to support enterprise systems.

You will drive process improvements, design future-state solutions, and develop automation and KPIs while ensuring compliance with IT controls and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with iSeries (AS400) ERP systems and cross‑module impacts
• BAU support collaboration with IT and business teams
• Data quality governance and ERP configuration familiarity
• RPG programming language familiarity
• Experience with JDE Fastr/WorldWriter reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead incident, problem and service management for ERP environments
• Translate business needs into ERP functional requirements across modules
• Maintain master data, interfaces, and change/release environments
• Develop automation, reports and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure IT controls, security and audit requirements are met
• Provide user training, documentation and best practice guidance
