Job summary

The World is seeking a highly organized coordinator to support artist engagements, events and Christian partnerships across the UK. You will work with the Senior Partnerships Manager to plan and deliver visits, tours, workshops and church engagements, handling logistics and communications.

This role requires strong administrative skills, experience coordinating events, and ability to manage multiple priorities while representing a Christian charity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, visits, tours, workshops or partnership activities.

• Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom and other digital tools.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organised coordinator to support artist engagements, events and Christian partnerships across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Ministry Development Team and help deliver artist engagements, strategic partnerships and Christian events across the UK. Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative, logistical and operational support. You will coordinate UK and international artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, making sure every detail is carefully planned and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating travel, schedules, resources and communications for artist visits, tours and events
• Supporting partnerships with churches, Christian networks, festivals and other ministry organisations

• Liaising with artists, agents, event organisers, churches, partners and internal teams

You will be a proactive and dependable coordinator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
