Job summary

World Vision is seeking an Artist Relations and Events Coordinator in Milton Keynes to support artist engagements, partnerships and major Christian events across the UK. The role focuses on coordinating visits, tours and partnerships with churches, networks and festivals, while ensuring logistics run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience coordinating events, visits or engagements involving multiple participants.
• Ability to manage logistics, schedules and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and Ministry Development Team.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and events.
• Maintain calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databases, tracking milestones.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, churches, event organisers and partners.
• Contribute to planning and on-ground coordination to deliver high-quality participant experiences.
