Job summary

World Vision is seeking an Artist Relations and Events Coordinator in Milton Keynes to support artist engagements, partnerships and events across the UK. The role sits within the Ministry Development Team, providing essential administrative, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and wider team, coordinating visits, tours and church partnerships.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
Strong communication with artists, churches and partners.
Experience organizing events, visits or engagement activities.
Creative problem solving and stakeholder coordination.
Comfortable working in ministry and faith-based contexts.

Responsibilities

Provide admin, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics of artist visits, tours and events.
Maintain calendars, budgets and records with milestone tracking.
Build relationships with artists, churches, partners and event organizers.
Support delivery of events and partnerships with proactive planning and on-site coordination.
Contribute to systems improvement for the Ministry Development Team.
