Job summary

Supernature is a small, mission-driven team in South London, supporting independent artists to build sustainable careers. The Artist Coordinator provides practical, cross-functional coordination around management clients, keeping activity, releases and campaigns organised and on schedule.

Reporting to the Day-to-Day Artist Manager, you will handle day-to-day logistics, live activity and asset workflows, escalate issues promptly and maintain accurate records across systems for timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years in a similar detail-oriented operational role.
  • Experience in advancing, logistics, or show production desirable.
  • Experience working directly with artists or other talent desirable.
  • Confident communicator who knows how and when to share information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; able to track multiple information streams.
  • Systems thinker and fast learner; eager to improve workflows.
  • Proficient with mainstream digital platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate artist diaries, travel, logistics with high accuracy.
  • Route inbound artist communications and requests.
  • Directly communicate with artists on delegated practical matters.
  • Advance live activity with promoters/venues; manage riders and itineraries.
  • Maintain show details, deadlines and documents in the systems.
  • Collect receipts and financial information for accounting and commissions.
  • Manage biographies, press images, DSP profiles, assets and approvals.
  • Support social-content rollout and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist release delivery and DSP administration and workflows.
  • Capture actions and owners from meetings; distribute information.
  • Escalate time-sensitive or high-impact items promptly.
  • Identify friction and support workflow improvements with the Operations Lead.

Role summary

The Artist Coordinator provides practical, cross-functional coordination around Supernature’s management clients.

Reporting to the Day-to-Day Artist Manager, they keep artist activity, releases, campaigns and administration organised, current and moving forward. They coordinate day-to-day logistics, live activity and campaign deliverables, ensuring the right information, assets and approvals are shared with artists and partners on time.

They maintain accurate records across agreed systems, follow through on actions and deadlines, and promptly escal issues that require management decisions - there is no expectation for this role to provide strategic management input.

Artist and day-to-day coordination
  • Maintain artist diaries, travel, accommodation, itineraries and day-to-day logistics with a high level of accuracy

Live and commercial administration
  • Advance live activity with promoters, venues and artists, including riders and show itineraries.
  • Keep show details, deadlines and supporting documents current in the agreed systems.
  • Collect receipts and financial information for accounting, payments and commission processes.
Releases, campaigns and marketing
  • Maintain biographies, press images, promotional materials, DSP profiles and circulate release assets and approvals with relevant partners
  • Support social-content rollout, creator activity and marketing deliverables.
  • Support release delivery, DSP administration, rights-registration workflows, reporting and project documentation.
Systems, communication and follow-through
  • Capture actions, decisions and owners from relevant meetings; distribute necessary information and follow through.
  • Escalate blocked, time-sensitive or high-impact items promptly.
  • Identify recurring friction or unreliable hand-offs and support workflow improvements with the Operations Lead.

Artists and the team have reliable support around day-to-day activity. Logistics, schedules, requests and essential information are clear, current and handled in time.

Live activity is coordinated smoothly

Shows are properly advanced, with the required travel, itineraries, promoter communication, documentation and follow-up in place.

Releases and campaigns are delivered to plan

Release and campaign activity is coordinated against the agreed strategy, with timelines, assets, metadata, approvals and actions kept visible and on track.

Artist information is accurate and accessible

The team can rely on current artist, show, campaign and commercial information in the agreed systems, without having to chase individuals or recreate work.

Actions, requests and approvals do not stall

The right information reaches the right person in time. Outstanding actions are followed up, risks are surfaced early and decisions are recorded clearly.

Day-to-day work improves over time

Recurring friction, manual work and unclear hand-offs are identified and improved with the Operations Lead, so the team can work more effectively as activity grows.

About You
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar detail-oriented, operational role
  • Experience in advancing, logistics, or show production desirable
  • Experience working direct with artists or other talent desirable
  • Confident communicator - you know how and when to share information with your colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail - you understand the importance of maintaining good information and can reliably keep track of multiple information streams
  • Systems thinker and fast learner - you are able to suggest improvements to ways of working and keen to work more efficiently
  • Confident with digital tools - you are experienced with mainstream digital platforms and naturally adept at learning new ones
