Job summary

Wenzel's the Bakers in Watford is seeking a skilled Bread Baker for the day shift. You will produce handmade, artisan breads to our high standards, working 06:00 to 15:00, 40 hours per week across 5 days, based at The Wenzel's Head Office, Sunley House Olds Approach, Watford, WD18 9TB.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bread production is required.
• Experience in preparing and baking a broad range of bread, buns and rolls.
• Knowledge of breads and artisan bread baking, dough making and oven work.

Responsibilities

• Make handmade, high-quality artisan breads.
• Prepare and bake a broad range of bread, buns and rolls.
• Operate bakery machinery such as bread moulders and doughnut fryers where applicable.
