• Knowledge of AI governance and cybersecurity standards is desirable.
• Artificial Intelligence related degree desirable.

We are seeking an AI Engineer / AI Analyst to identify, build, and implement practical AI solutions to improve efficiency across a growing business. The role will focus on increasing AI adoption, improving business processes and delivering measurable gains in efficiency.

The AI Solution Engineer would work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams initially, to understand operational challenges and then design tailored, secure, scalable AI-enabled tools and automations.

Essential skills and experience

• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and AI solutions
• Practical knowledge of Copilot, OpenAI, or Claude and proficiency in a scripting language.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI governance and cybersecurity standards is highly desirable
• An Artificial Intelligence related degree is desirable

Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and able to travel to offices in the Southampton, Basingstoke, Farnborough areas.
