Job summary

You will work with teams to understand current work patterns, identify opportunities, and shape solutions using AI, automation and approved platforms. Experience applying AI tools in a business environment is valued, and candidates with Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying AI tools, automation or digital solutions in a business environment.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills are essential.
